Not necessarily here - more in-game than anything. - Probably just a sales tactics to lure in new players to spend their money...

It's funny you mention this in NF as I just got an offhand with perfect mods with an 8 req for Healing. It was just what I wanted for my monk. +12 Energy Halves Skill recharge 20% and +30 hps. You wouldn't believe where I got it also. lolololol It was in hard mode though.

People who think they don't drop are just people who aren't lucky enough to have them drop for them. They have gotten rarer, I will admit, but they do still drop, and anyone who says otherwise is either plain unlucky, or sour.

Yes, req8 still drops .. just now it is as uncommon as req7 used to be.

Thanks! Saved me from doing it.

A thread like this cropped up a couple of months back and it proved difficult to establish whether req.8 items still drop. No solid evidence was provided to back it up.
