I have a req 10 fire Dragon Staff - 20 HSR, 20% HCT fire (so perfect on the 20/20 side). Non inscriptable of course - the 20% HCT is inherent and not me adding an adept head. The other mods are not great, and can easily be replaced by the eventual buyer with their own +5E, +30 HP, +1 20% etc.

I am still sorting though what to do with it (getting price checks etc) but I am open to hearing an offer from you. PM me here on Guru if you wish.
