WTB a shield

Hey

I'm just looking for a max armor req9 strength shield.
I dont care if its gold, purple, blue or white. I dont care for the skin either.
Also looking for a +30 fortitude mod and a "I can see clearly now" inscription.

A shield with all 3 of these requirements would be best.

I'll probably buy from whoever offers the lowest.
