Even if I didn't have NF, I wouldn't run Elemental Attunement or any other Elite energy management. I'd run an Elite from another profession.

I think that says more about how bad some people are at using Frenzy, rather than the quality of Elementalist spells. That being said, I do enjoy lighting up warriors who Frenzy spam.
