Just wondering if Heal as One can only be capped in Cantha. I just dont feel like draggin my Proph ranger through factions. I'm hoping maybe it's in GWEN

Unfortunately, you can only get Heal as One from Salke Fur Friend in Melandru's Hope. You can't cap it in Eye of the North.
