No it wont, all types of casters use shields in pvp, and high reqs combined with nice skins are especially wanted,

I say ~30-40k or even more...

They are especially wanted by casters as the req means nothing to a casters function and higher = cheaper.

Your estimate is far too high. This shield isn't worth more than 5-10k or so, imo, and it'll be a tough sell. Many consider this an ugly skin, and it's not especially rare. Most will only consider to pair a Celestial sword or Axe.

~10k imo......30-40k is way too high for such a high req'd shield
