Okay, i had this REALLY weird idea that i wanted to share with all of you. Try it out and tell me if you like. PLEASE no flames if it sucks.
Attributes are split between Dagger Mastery, Soul Reaping, and Deadly Arts.
[skill]Augury of Death[/skill]
[skill]Virulence[/skill]
[skill]Signet of Deadly Corruption[/skill]
[skill]Sadist's Signet[/skill]
[skill]Black Mantis Thrust[/skill]
[skill]Jagged Strike[/skill]
Rest are optional.
Basically you cast Augury of Death, then Black Mantis Thrust and Jagged Strike.
Use Virulence, then spam Signet of Deadly Corruption and Sadist's Signet as required.
I made sure that I wouldn't be reapplying any conditions. You have bleeding, crippled, disease, poison, and weakness!
Tell me what you think!
Just a weird build i thought up...

First of all, is this for PvE or PvP?
Secondly, this build doesn't seem very feasible either way. There is a distinct lack of self-healing or defense, AND you are doing daggers on a Necro primary, which is pretty fail to begin with. I wouldn't trust the 8-second recharge on Sadist's Signet to protect you once you are shadowstepped into a mob. I highly recommend adding Shadow Arts instead of Soul Reaping, and using the defensive buffs. Three of your skills require melee range, one of those actually shadowsteps to melee in a not entirely controllable fashion. No blocking + daggers + squishy = death. I've seen it before.
This would be much better on an Assassin primary for increased survivability. But even then, I question your choice of "spamming" a skill with twelve second recharge which, according to the wiki, must follow a dual attack, which you currently don't have. [skill]signet of toxic shock[/skill] would be a good idea to replace the deadly corruption, since it doesn't have to follow a dual attack, and it only has three second longer recharge.
You have an interesting idea, but it needs some major work if you want it to do anything other than fail.

60AL with dagger? Shadow step won't help a lot, you need some stance to raise your AL

He could probably abuse Shroud of Distress as long as it doesn't get stripped. But that won't stop his monks from cursing him and leaving the game (no joke, this happened in a party with a dagger necro)
Necro primaries with daggers aren't the best choice. There's not much leeway for error. You simply don't have enough blocking as a N/A. I honestly can't see a way to make such a build work other than abusing Shroud of Distress. The most likely outcome is that Augury of Death will be a true augury of death...for the necro.
Of course, anything will work if you synergize with heroes. Just...don't bring this build into a PuG. At least, not until you've found a way to actually play it where you can reliably avoid being a monster punching bag. Good luck with that.
