Was the deadline noon of today or midnight of today? Some places list noon but Gaile's talk page on the Official Wiki lists 11:59 PM of tonight and the GW In-Game Store still has the promotions up.
I need an answer quick...I'm planning to (possibly) buy GW:EN tonight.

Well, the Final Call Update thing on the GW site said 11:59 PM of the 31st, so I decided to go for it and I purchased GW:EN with about 5 minutes left or so.
The problem is, I (not sure if I should) didn't get a confirmation email, and on the PlayNC transaction history thing, it said November 1st...
Now I'm afraid I wont get the BMP...

You won't get an e-mail. ( I didn't) But if you check your access keys in game, It should show up as being added.

But the GWEN access did show up prior to midnight, right? In any case, on the odd chance you didn't get it a letter to customer service might prove useful since you were so close to the cutoff.

Was your access key added yet? Mine hasn't been, and I believe that they ran the script last night to update accounts.

I made my qualifying purchase at around 11:00 PM GMT (4:00 PM PST) on Wednesday, and have not had an access key added to my account. I was led to believe that the deadline was midnight PST, as per this message on the official website:
However I have now found that the description in the in-game store gives a deadline of noon PST, October 31st.
I can imagine that there are many others who made last minute purchases like I did who will be disappointed if they do not get the bonus missions. ANet, if the deadline given on the website was false, then I think it is necessary that another update take place for players who were misinformed.

Ok, more importantly - I would like to know something about what to DO!
I found the access key in my Manage Access Keys segment of my game. That is comforting - as there is no other indication that I have it.
I understand it may not be bouncing into my hard drive immediately and if it pops in Dec 15th, that is fine - so long as it works when it arrives. However, I have not received the slightest clue as to how it functions. Are we going to have to be able to get to certain continents for them to work? Are we going to be able to access all of them from LA, Kaineng, and Kamadan? Is it a special load in (something new) where the character is sent there from the start-up page. Will we get new music and back drops, rofl. I WANT TO KNOW ALL!

And questions about D'Alessio in the White mantle headquarters.
And there's an NPC, Chirah, in the Bone Palace, with no known purpose...
Maybe the missions are started by dialogue.

For some reason they don't realize that they linked me to 2 sources which list inconsistent information.
Basically though, the email response I received seems to indicate that I'm SOL because it failed to respond directly to my question.

I spent about $35 at 11:30 am eastern and yet to have the key added to my account. Are they planning on running the verification process agian because i sent my order in before both deadlines even tho i was cutting it close.

I got GW:EotN through the in-game store at 1:06 PM EST (which is what, 10 or 11AM PST?) and don't see anything about the BMP in my list of accessible content. Like RoninDeath, I was cutting it close, but I met their deadlines.
What a bummer. It's a shame, because the only reason I got EotN was to have access to the BMP, and if they don't fix it, well...

Ill have to check this when i get home. I ordered GWEN online through that for this very reason as well, I considred getting a hardcopy instead but the BMP sealed the deal for me. It better be there lol.

They also said that the script they run to let you know whether or not you qualify is only run periodically, it's not instantaneous.

I have the Eye of the North key on my account already. It lists it as being added, and it says so my PlayNC account as well. However, the BMP promotion has not yet shown up.
However, I just checked my PlayNC account, which my transactions are tied to (or whatever) and it lists the time of purchase as November 1st...despite me purchasing EotN at like 11:55 PM of Pacific time on the 31st...
Here are my two screenies...the first of the ending time on their site and the second of my purchase...and yes, they're pretty crappy proofs...
If I don't get the BMP, I guess I'll contact Support.

Much like anna i made these purchases just for the promotion and i met the deadline by 11:30 am Eastern so i should have more then qualified for the BMP by 3 hours from the deadline.

By way of explanation: This matter was a case of internal miscommunication. Thank you for making us aware of it, we offer our sincere apologies, and we absolutely will make it right. The programmers will be running the confirmation script within the next few hours. Those who ordered up through 11:59 PM Pacific last night will receive the BMP, if they qualified. Look for confirmation on your account by tomorrow morning.
No data was lost.
No one is going without.
No animals were harmed in the running of this script. (Even if I do like to call SQL scripts "Squirrel" scripts.

However Gaile, I still have one concern. As seen above on the PlayNC website, my transaction was listed as being on November 1st, despite ordering at around 11:55. Why is that so? And would that pose a problem as to obtaining the BMP?

Did you receive a receipt or an emailed confirmation? Oh, yes, you would have, for the digital codes, right? Can you check your credit card online? What do either of those say? I think Support can look into this, but first see if the script shows you're ok for BMP confirmation by checking after the script runs tomorrow, ok?
