PC on Req 9 White Scythe skin axe

It is called a Hand Axe, but it is the white scythe version.

I'm wondering how much the going rate on this axe is. I remember it having been a popular skin at one point, but I have no idea anymore as I don't keep up with prices. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
