Any Word on the PvP only Packs?

I know they said we'd see them in Nov. (and yes i know its only the 1st). Not looking for a date yet but more along the lines of pricing and packages (chapters?)

I'm mainly interested in UaX for my heroes. I came back to the game after a little over a year layoff and find that other than my main toons....my skill sets for my heroes suck.....lol

I've been hoping for more information on this also, but have read nothing since they were removed.
