PC on purple crystaline sword

+16%dmg vs. hexed foes,

and +30hp

Salvage the mods and sell seperate (perfect salvage kit)

Sword itself now maybe 20-30k or so. Higher req, and bad damage mod. (which I'm guessing is WHILE hexed, no "vs" hexed or it would not be possible)

I would say 15-20k on sword and yes use a perfect salvage kit
