I've been playing for a while, but I haven't played a more simple, easy, yet fun to play build than these variants.. probably nothing new, but just thought I'd throw it out there for anyone who hasn't tryed it.
12+1+optional rune level (i use 1 for arenas, 2 for pve) in weapon mastery
3+1 Strength (you really dont need the +1 either)
12 in Earth Prayers
your attack line (all optional, you get 3 though, so have fun with it.. )
[skill]Devastating Hammer[/skill][skill]Crushing Blow[/skill][skill]Mighty Blow[/skill]
[skill]Crippling Slash[/skill][skill]Gash[/skill][skill]Standing Slash[/skill]
[skill]Evicerate[/skill][skill]Executioners Strike[/skill][skill]Agonizing Chop[/skill]
IAS/speed buffs, also optional as far as choice of which ones:
[skill]Frenzy[/skill][skill]Rush[/skill]
your hp buff/huge heal:
[skill]Vital boon[/skill][skill]signet of pious light[/skill]
you should have full survivors, major or sup rune of vig, sup of absorb, viate as much as you can, and both a sundering and elemental weapon, and for people using an axe or sword, you can spec it to str-8+1 and earth prayers 10 if you really want that extra armor.

I see no reason to use two skill slots and 12 attribute points for a heal, if I want a heal that bad i would just take healing signet. Your attack chains are pretty generic and fine, though for pvp i would want bulls strike in their as well.
If you really want the derv secondary use rending touch.

If you really want the derv secondary use rending touch. i know about rending axes, but this is more for fun, and this isnt the pvp section. heal sig is great, but leaves you open, takes longer, and doesnt have the hp buff. its a standalone style build thats meant to have more survivability than the warrior using heal sig 3 times to my every one pious. also, rending touch is junk in pve unless you're playing HM, or elites : / .
bulls strike is better for pvp, you're correct, but if i was in pvp, i wouldnt be healing myself at all

Jaws Of Doom
For the hammer bar, try this:
[skill]fierce blow[/skill]
instead of Mighty Blow.
It costs a bit less adrenaline to use, and you get a higher damage increase since the enemy will have Weakness from Devastating Hammer.

Marty Silverblade
Skills are basically as cookie-cutter as you can get, but I don't think it's necessary to use 2 slots on a self heal. In PvE, you rarely need one unless your Monks suck, in which case you need to realise that henchmen > people in most cases.
Magikarp
its really for 4 man HM areas where the monk has more than enough problems, thats why two slots go towards a self heal, and also Marty... this game is old as dirt... everything is cookie cutter : /
also, i do use fierce, doom. all three weapon masteries are optional by design and can use any three skills you want really. its more or less just plug and play, not a lot of crazy skill chaining or play hustle, but more like a pick up and go, good enough to kill anything, better at stand alones and splits.

Thanks. I might try something like this, I'm not really a fan of Heal Sig. But I think I'll use less in Earth Prayers and up the Strength for a max shield.
