Damage +15 vs hexed foes

Zeleous Hand Axe of Warding
Perfect Damage
Energy gain 1
Energy Degen -1
Armour +7 vs elemental damage

salvage 20% ench and 15^50 regardless on the req of the dead sword.
if req9 u can still hope to dell for 2-5k. else give up.
hand axe.... depends on req, skin, inscriptable or not... nothing over 10k in the best option tho
