I would say other way around actually, -3hexed is less wanted than -2 enchanted.

-2-2 60-75k imo
-2-3 50k or so imo

I would say you'rewrong - as -2 -3 is harder to find, and have seen many sell for much more. Has more use for a warrior as well imo if you actually use it.

Personally would say 60-75k or so for both.
