I panicked on Oct 31st when I realised I hadn't bought anything in the store to unlock the mission pack. At first I couldn't get into the store, so I thought my goose was cooked. But eventually I managed to get in and make a purchase (3 more char slots yippeee :/). Did that at about 6pm british time, which I believe would have been 11am pacific time and thus qualified.
My problem is I have still had no hint that I have 'unlocked' the bonus pack. Should I have seen something by now?

After you have logged in, click on 'Edit account', then 'Manage access keys'.
If you qualified for it, it will show up under the 'Your account is authorized to play the following Guild Wars releases' section.
