Avatar Help?

I was just wondering if anyone could clear something up for me.
See, I would love to have either my elementalist or ritualist as my avatar, but, I can't seem to figure out how to get a close up of their faces. Please, if you have any tips on this leave a post. Oh, and by the way, I'm currently using photobucket to store my photos.

Go against a mountain or some rough Terrain. Zoom all the way out; make sure your character is facing the mountain/terrain. Turn your camera so that it is in front of the mountain.

just put your camera so its level with their face then hold your middle mouse button. (if your mouse deosnt have one set a diffrent button in the controls) Then push your mouse foward till it is close to their face .

My avatar is made while taking a cinematic shot during a mission - I love it! Great close up and resolution...not sure but i think this one in particular was during the Thunder Head Keep mission. I also recommend u make sure your char is facing the light; brings out their eye color.
