Your quest should be updated now, if it is, I guess you can resign without having to kill stormweaver again when you come back for justicar.

Umm...I have another question abotu Slavers'. If I beat Duncan but don't accept the quest reward can I go kill him again without killing the prebosses?

Not anymore, they fixed this apparently... But you get 5000 norn points as a hidden reward for turning in the quest.

@ OP: No, you will not have to re-kill The boss, once it's crossed off on your quest, you won't have to kill him again, until you re-take "The Last Heirophant"...

What about if you turn in the quest but don't re-take it?

You take the quest automatically when you enter Slaver's Exile and you don't have it in your log.

another thing however- go ahead and kill the little bosses in NM, then when you fight duncan go HM and you get credit for the HM dungeon. Then again, Justicar is still pretty easy in HM so running his level in 20 minutes or so is still the quickest chest run in GW:EN (end chest not traditional chestrunning)
