Nope. Just because it's on the Wiki, doesn't mean it exists..

Actually, I'm pretty sure this wand does exist, it just doesn't drop in PvE. I think this is on the list of PvP reward skin weapons under exotic or whatever. Thus, just no one has unlocked it.

Possible but unlikely. Prob just another skin that didn't make the cut.

Considering I've owned everything in this game bar none (except this new Eternal Sword), my word is 100% good. If I've never come across it, it doesn't exist.
