Issues

ok so im getting back into playing guild wars but i have a few questions first
1. is there any way to increase the FPS (right now im running at 3-10 fps)
2. my dervish is in whehan terraces (pardon my spelling) and i cant log in because of a graphics card issue is there any way to solve it?

my computer is:
intel pentium 4 2.8 ghz
xp service pack 2
766 m ram
intel 82865G graphics controller (yes i know this graphics card is about as good as the crap in my toilet)

thanks if you can help me yes i know i need a new graphics card so please dont just say "your graphics card sucks get a new one"

You really should have taken the time to read the stickies, as well as the other threads around. The issue your having has to do with that Intel onboard graphics controller. It's a known issue, and we have threads detailing work-around and such on it.
