Dropped by The Fury in the Foundry of Failed Creations.
I found the item listed in the Elona Green baseline Price list, but the range was pretty big at 50 to 100k and also had a note that more info was needed.
Stats are:
* Energy +15
* Dark damage: 11-22 (Requires 9 Soul Reaping)
* Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
* Enchantments last 20% longer
* Energy +5 (while Health is above 50%)
Could someone give me an idea of what it might be worth now?
