Splinter Shot the Hidden Skill

The Destoyer ranger use a skill that was named Splinter Shot (not same as hold)
It's not so powerful skill but i think more useful.
It is a bow attack, why is not included in new eon skill? It's be planned to be added?
Bow Attack. If Splinter Shot hits, it ricochets to up to two more foes near your target. Splinter Shot strikes for +1...11 damage.
It says marksman attribute

In that case, it is exactly like Volley.

it is not, since it could i.e. shoot foe which is behind obstacle with ricochet, and you could use ricochets to reach foes outside your bow range...

that would be cool replacement for our current splinter shot which is ... suboptimal.

You would also be able to use it with preps....the prep might not apply to all the splinters but it would at least not strip it like volly
