Is it just me or does the male assassins lower body look weird? It just seems like their legs are too skinny.

They seem to stand with a bend in their legs compared to other professions. That might not have anything to do with them being skinny, but it might make it look different compared to others.
Also I bet armor makes a difference. If your wearing the armor that looks like its painted on then they do look kind of skinny lol.

I wasn't crazy about the male assassin body but I really loved the prof so I decided to just live with.
One night my wife walks into the room while I was playing the assassin and says right out of the blue "awww...who's that little gay guy".
I play an RPG for the character and I have to really "connect" with my guy in order for me to enjoy it. The legs are really killing it for me and the "painted" on armor is not helping at all.
I read in another forums something about more character customization options in the future. Anyone read anything about the possibility of changing the assassin's body shape?

Hey Velnos I understand how you feel, I personally like warriors on most games, but I couldn't connect with my first character on this game(a warrior), I coundn't stand the male look, and I just can't seem to connect with a female character(I use them sometimes in pvp just because its better eye candy). I made a sin, and I really enjoyed him and I stuck with it, and its one class even with the scrawny legs looks better than the female version imo xD

The only thing that looks worse than a male Assassin is either male elementalists/mesmers from factions (emo anyone?), oh and male Warriors, they look very steroidish... kind of like a pro wrestler, without the tights.

I gotta say, if you stare that hard at exotic armor on a sin, you might want to see about that Erasure tour coming out. That is fetishistic at the extreme.
I think part of the male sin's warped look is that the camera angle is usually from above. That and the crouching makes it kinda look weird, when it's really proportionate if you look at the character select screen. Anyway, at least he looks like he's ready to do something(even if it is to take a dump). The female sin just stands there with her daggers, as if she's saying, "Like, what are these for?"

I haven't noticed the wierd legs at all up until now. I never liked male assassins, though. Mine is female - I'd rather my male characters don't wear what appears to be spandex.
