WtB Weapon with +% -hp

Looking for a weapon with +dmg% and -1hp dmg (not the vampiric mod)
Basically looking for a DOUBLE vamp weapon.

I have a double vamp deadbow to speed up killing yourself. Last time I had a double vamp to sell (R13 axe) I scored 15K for it, but the prices have been sucked out of everything nowadays. I will offer this one for 7.5K
