Nightfall quests gone since installing Eye of the North.

Firstly, my apologies if this is in the wrong forum. I really didn't know where else to start as I don't know if this is a bug or just something silly I've done to my account.

I purchased Nightfall via the online store in July when they offered the Bonus Mission pack. I started playing it using my level 20 ranger from Prophecies.

I was in the middle of playing Nightfall when the preview weekend for Eye of the North began. I then became too busy in RL to continue playing, but I did log in after obtaining my permanent access key to Eye of the North to add the key to my account.

I logged in today hoping to pick up where I left off in Nightfall only to find that every single quest and/or mission I had open in Nightfall is gone. *poof* All that remains are the quests I had left over from the Eye of the North preview and a handful of left over quests from Prophecies. I don't remember which Nightfall quests were on my list, but I know the mission I was working on was "Kodonur Crossroads".

Anyone have an explanation for why this has occurred? Is this something I can fix? I've already submitted the issue to playNC support. Their canned response was about as helpful as throwing scuba gear to a drowning cat.

Did they maybe just get minimized?

If you ahveb loads of - icons in your questlog then they are minimized. Just click on the icon to expand them again. Other than that I cant think of any other explanation.

When you say a mission was gone, what do you mean by that?
Are you just talking about your quest log?
Please be more specific and include screenshots, will be easier to see what you mean.

Weird. Do you remember which quests or which areas you had the quests from? Since you're at a mission there shouldn't be any primary quests, but uncompleted side-quests would be a pain to redo/lose credit for

Did you complete the mission?
if not complete if adn hope there is an npc in outpost with a quest for you.

are the secoundary quests there?
as mentioned they could have colapsed,just click them again.
