You can't just say "heer use dis bild iz gud wurks evywere". PvE is consistent, you know what you're going to be up against; wiki some information on where you're about to go and use your intelligence to make a build to work against the foes you'll be fighting. Especially with Rits which don't really have a specific niche.

It just lets you power whatever else (literally anything) you want to use. 10e, 15e, 25e, 40e(QZ) whatever, OoS is your e factory.

If there were better elites on Ritu's I'd be there in a flash. Theres always the monk cleaning elites but monks are good enough at that on their own anyways(usually).
