Yeah I decided this would be a cool post. Don't think one has already been added except maybe a pet peeve one. This one is slightly different. This is all about foes you have to fight. WHich ones are so easy it's laughable, so hard they make you want to throw your computer out the window, and downright annoying because of aggro or their skills? Here's mine:
Annoying:
Skree monks because they heal for like 3x what other enemy monks do, plus their friends are attacking one by one killing us off but we can't kill them without dropping the monk.
Hard:
Torment creatures. They're so hard to drop for some reason, I'm not sure why. I always have trouble with them no matter what I do or what profession I play. Especially the ones in Gate of Pain that drop meteor shower on you if you don't have an interrupt.
Don't know of any easy ones yet except the low levled ones hehe

Chung, the Attuned. OhmiGrenth, did he annihalate me so many times in normal mode that I couldn't THINK of going up against him in hardmode so I did the 0 enemy vanquish. @_@ No, I didn't think of using Shelter at the time...
Then that monk skree in Vabbi! It and Chung must be the hardest bosses in hardmode.
Avarre is the easiest boss to solo. Bring a self-heal and kill his minions and he can't do anything to you.
Annoying goes to the NF Undead, because of all the rezzing.

Madness Titians win most annoying for me. That noise that the make sounds like a songbird that just got stuffed in a blender. They also just do not want to die, and take a few minutes of ear bleeding to clear each mob.

I don't know what I'd say would be the hardest monster. As for annoying, willa the unpleasant is definitely one of the most annoying if you're unprepared. HM dinosaurs, HM GWEN stone summit, GWEN undead (if I dont have ursan) and madness titans are very annoying as well, especially as a warrior.

Ah yes, the ones that are immune to everything, except burning (except for some in GWEN who are even immune to that). Definately annoying, especially with my usual build (burning arrow, screaming shot, apply poison).

I'm going to have to go with creatures that give you a long-lasting annoying status effect that slows or stops your progress, but doesn't really put you in any danger. Irukandji and they're obnoxious binding chains comes to mind. Or those EotN Oakenhearts with quicksand. Or any mesmer monster with imagined burden or crippling anguish.

Dear Lord, henching Cyndr was hard. The bugger kept blowing up the kegs, and after dying 4.3 billion times, DP was no stranger to me. Soloing bosses is FTL.

I find the EOTN charr disappointingly and disproportionately easy. Maybe its the clumping (ie Charr Battle Formation), maybe it's the lack of heals, maybe it's that they're all lvl 20, but I go through them really fast. Like, 90m tops for the entire charr storyline chapter of eotn.
Hardest:

Personally I didn't find doing Cyndr with h/h all that hard. Did it my first time without knowing what to do. Guess I was just lucky

well, rangers arent EXACTLY the best soloing class, i mean there are things my lvl 13 warrior can solo that my 20 ranger cant, and cyndr is tough even for a boss.

Chromatic Drakes are really starting to piss me off. Every time I set out to attack them, i get nailed by a 321RAINBOWMINDSPIKE. It never kills me, but it just annoys me that my henchies have wiped them before Mind Freeze wears off.
