Hello, later I traveled in Kaineng Center to buy something and I saw someone spamming this : "Vanquishing an area under 3 minutes for 3k, whisper me".
I pm him to ask a question and he doesn't answer me.
It is true or he was scamming?

The area I've seen this advert for is Bukdek Byway (right outside of Kaineng Center). Checking the GW Wiki for Bukdek, it seems there's a glitch to vanquish the area quick:
They're probably doing this.
BTW, I'd seen this spam before and thought it was probably a scam then. Quick check shows its more likely this (though they could always be scamming, too).

Look on Wiki, it can be done, I do it all the time for about 2k each...
It is possible to vanquish this area by killing 1 foe by entering the area with the quests Chasing Zenmai and The Drunken Master. You will initially start with the sign that the area has been vanquished, but the usual animation doesn't play, however, it will once you defeat Drinkmaster Tahnu. In order for this to work you must not have the quests Eliminate the Jade Brotherhood or Eliminate the Am Fah active. If you have the quest The Afflicted Guard, you will need to kill Afflicted Guardsman Chun to complete the vanquishing.

Yep. Both of those above mentioned areas are vanquished via "exploits". Similarly, if you are a canthan born character you can also do zen daijun (all u need to have done is 15 attribute quest there, no1 else that isnt canthan born/hasnt dont the quest in ur party .... walk outside kill a charmable pet .... vanquished)

i think it's perfectly ok to do this. Its not like there gaining much xp and gold from doin tthis, i mean yeh there is the rich sod helping peopppple but hey who cares.
theres a quest in GW:EN from gwen that helps you easily vanquish old ascalon and theres many quest that help.
reminds me of the dragon festival where there was one person in an area, still couldn't vanquish it though
more tips for using quests is to leave easy quest rewards. save them for getting rid of dp. Also keep quests that give you extra party members. lol the titan quest is suppose to be hard and i could never do the defend denravi, i did it on hard mode easilily and vanquished it during the quest

..pay the guy and see if you get ripped off or if he actually does it. Its only 3k afterall. Then if he rips you off then you use /report and get him done! Although 3k to vanquish an area (especially in 3 minutes) is very cheap if he was being honest.
There are alot of areas that can be vanquishes easily and im sure some kind of farming build could do it. But you have to make sure the helmet turns gold and you understand how vanquishing works.

Oh noes, now the vanquisher title is worthless, and I spent half my life doing it the hard way. I blame Anet. Another title nerfed into oblivion. Exploits. Hakz. Cheeterz. The 4 horsemen are coming. GW is dead. I'm going to WoW.

There are plenty of unbelievably small areas that can be vanquished quickly. Shadow's Passage for example.
Anyway...I use the Chasing Zenmai exploit to vanquish the Byway. I even soloed it with my Warrior. *lol*

I used the zen dajin on my mesmer just so she could say she had indeed vanquished an area, poor tiger.

He is probably vanquishing Zen Dajun which needs you only to kill 1 animal if you are a Canthan character.

its possible , he is trying to vanquish bukdek byway with drunken masters and chasing zenmai quest

i bet it is that, in budek byway without any quests i just kill the first 3 jade brotherhood and it says like 1/3 vanquished :O but as more enemies appear the scale becomes larger.

There's a known bug with the Jade Brotherhood that some don't show up on the meter until you come within range of them, that is what it is.
