Power Drive
15 energy, 1/4 cast, 30 recharge
Elite Spell. If target foe is casting a Spell, that Skill is interrupted and target foe and all nearby foes cannot cast spells for 2..7 seconds. For each affected foe, you enter Power Drive and gain +6 energy regeneration for 2..7 seconds. If this Spell targets a foe in Parking Lot, you lose all energy and Power Drive recharges instantly.

I like it, good idea. Could cause balance issues, though. I can see this being abused in Parking Arenas with some way to regain energy after you use it, perhaps Mantra of Recall.
