Old Hats, new ideas

i've been playing GW for almost 2 years now, really enjoying it, i have all 3 Coll. Ed + EN.

In past event i've missed some of the hats which are given on special events, i know its not possible to duplicate it from friends who had it, but could we at least catch up on new events.

Let's say it would have been much fun in the last hallowen event if in addition to the new hats which where given, some quests where added from which rewards would not be gold, xp or whatsoever but an old dragon mask for example.... /sight .....

Hope this will reach and taken in consideration, hope we'll see some quests this christmas to catch up what we missed from these hats!!

Older event hats are a sign that we were there and devoted time to listening to corny jokes from some idiot with a pumpkin on his head, or whatever

I dunno, I never wear mine anyway, if people really want them that bad I have no objection...

This request has already been posted in the past, and categorically rejected by those that already have the hats... ;0

well all i got to say is i would much rather make it so hats can be worn like normal armor like the crown.

Ya i agree with jetdoc heh. We don't need everyone wearing the old pumpkin hats. Sorry if you weren't there back then, but these hats are unique to those who were. I'm not really mad that I don't have that tengu mask or the wizard hat (I pre order the factions/nightfall expansions :P).

I missed the first pumpkin crown due to work, and the freezie crown last year due to internet failure. Do I wish I had them for my collection? Yes. Do I want Anet to ruin the collectability of them by making some quest or something where I can get them? No.
