you must have broken the user agreement somehow, they don't ban an account without a reason, it could also just be a temporary ban, if it is it would say so.

You could have been banned for having a bad character name. If you feel the ban was an error, contact customer support.

is Ban permanent (Code=045) not temporary, maybe havin bad character name but at least give me warning 1st or let me know wat wrong!!! Besides contact them no reply at all!! SADT_T

Contact Support, ask them to look into the situation. Be courteous, polite, and persistent. Do not threaten them with legal action - that will cause the people who can help you to stop what they're doing and refer you to their legal department, who can't and won't help you.

The ones that read it, will post as soon as they have a problem, and expect it to be resolved immediately. But we can't, because we're just players, not support staff.
