Seeing as this is my first suspension... (that i know of) and my first violation (again... that i know of) would it be possible to simply have my guild name changed by arenanet and issue a warning?
to be quite honest, I'm bipolar. and im not using it as an excuse. It just makes me somewhat impulsive, and things that may be funny to me may not be to others. im just asking of i can have a little bit of help on my issue with this.

its not like a guild is expensive to make. only after you buy a guild hall and stuff to fill it. if you havent bought much then just make a new one.

From my understanding (one person in my guild had it happen to him) they will notify you to change the name, and if you don't in a reasonable amount of time, they will suspend you. If that is the case then you had fair warning.

i didnt have a warning at all, from what i saw. i never check my email unless i have something sent to it

From what i understood form a friend whose name was deemed offensive (and it was offensive) you get suspended for a short period, then you are asked to change the name.

I have never been banned before -(for names and such)- but i have heard many of storys of Arenanet banning people before fair warning, but heres a good tip to avoid being banned for this, ask yourself before hand. If i saw this name would i report it? that has worked for me. never got me banned yet.

well since your guild name doesnt show except to alliance and guild members, in public just your tags do.... and now since /report only supports features deemed towards a person not a guild. most ppl would be too lazy to go to the arena net website to report. and the guild im in may be considered offensive to oh. illegal immigrants but thats not my problem. im sure not to many of them play guild wars.

I know that in some cases they don't give a warning if it is a really bad name. Someone turned up in RA with the name Child Molestargh or something like that. He was there long enough to say "lol look at me!" before everyone reported him at the same time. 5 minutes later I come back and his other account is on bitching that he got banned.
