You all talk about GW2, so I'll Talk about a GW Spin off or GW 3 possibility!

Lets say A-net partnered up with another Game corporation, or a sub directory of a game company eg. FF directory of Square Enix.

Which company or directory would you like and if you want, what do you imagine would come from it.

I would like A-net and Pokemon directory (game freak) to partner up....
Then Pets would be leet....like super leet...

I'd also like for GW and Namco to partner up (specifically Tales of/Soul Calibur directory)
I'd expect a better written story, better character development (ergo Great PVE experience) and for better balance of pvp (You going to complain about NAMCO!!!!? The Pac-man men!?)

you?

Blizzard Entertainment, I personally think, since Blizzard has a lot of experience with running an MMO. Even if the setting of that MMO is basically a ripoff of Warhammer.

Historically, spin-offs from arcade/fighter games have been awful. I would prefer ANet keep to their roots and make GW2 (and on) non-grindy, visually appealing, and just fun to play.

The PC market has always been a lot more cutthroat than consoles, insomuch as you don't have a captive audience; so great games thrive and bad games quickly die a horrible death (see auto assault).

If they *had* to partner up, I'd like to see a team made w/ Bioware, (Baldur's Gate/KOTOR/NWN).

Diablo, Warcraft, and Starcraft aren't MMOs. What MMOs did Blizzard have experience with prior to WoW?

I'd like to see A-Net team up with FASA Studios of MS to make a Battletech MMO. This would be great since Btech fans have only the X-Box to look forward to for any future releases.

EDIT: With FASA running the simulator side, and A-Net doing plot/city side stuff. Kind of like you run around as your toon in the city or town or outpost or whatever just like Guild Wars, but when you leave town, you're in your mech and it converts to a simulator, just like Mechwarrior 4. Not sure if it's even possible to do.

Some Anet staff is old Blizz North, so I wouldn't ever expect them to team up, not that I'd enjoy the grindfest they'd create if they ever did. :|

I can't imagine that anything created from them teaming up with another company would be free online like GW is. If I look at the box and it has a fee to play it will go right back to the shelf and I will find something else to spend my money on, doesn't matter who made it or how awesome it is.

Blizzard. And then fire all ANet employees. And change the name to Diablo 3.

Sony because they understand the free to play model but cannot anticipate that 8 specialized cores on a PS3 was a bad idea.

Their Online service is also free so it would fit the Arenanet model (too bad it is buggy).

If A-net Partnered up with Another Company,I am very happy.

NCtaiwan don't care how many GW are sold in Taiwan,HK.Rare Guildwar CM on Gaming magzine or Gaming TV,and Rare player in Taiwan,HK know, listen, play Guildwar。

Most Guildwar Player on Taiwan' server want to change the region, like US or EU.

NCtaiwan = go to hell quickly

A.net should team up with EA to make a Massive Multiplayer Online Football Game.

Since the original founders of Anet where all ex-blizzard people anyway, I doubt very much they would want to go back there.

If soe where ever invloved in ANY way what so ever with GW it would be the death of the game as everyone knows what happends to any game soe takes over or is involved with.

Aslo who apart from some sad blizzard fan boys wants D3 anyway. Its not the the other two where any good now is it.

If Anet where to team up with anyone the best idea would be Bethesda so we could have an Elder Scrolls MMO. That is of course if its not being worked on at Bethesda allready.
