PC on a Gold req9 Fellblade i just found

I just found a Gold req9 fellblade and i would like to have a PC on it.

name: Ebon Fellblade of Fortitude
stats: req9 / +19% dmg while hexed / 30hp

btw is it possible to remove the 19% while hexed in someway with a mod
i tried it with 20/20 but that aint possible . . .

for those who wanna ask it cus its not there, and thats because it aint inscripable

Salvage +30hp and other usefull mods, merch the sword
