BMP sell seperate petition.

I hate the attitude of the select group of people on this forum who say "well I have my BMP, and that's all that matters, so two fingers to everyone else", as it's just so childish.

I am not talking about CE or GOTY editions. I am talking about the pre orders. Where for phroph u get the glowing hands with emots and that prism item and for factions the daggers and rit staff. You cant buy them in the online store cos they were released to promote these games and the people who bought them got rewarded with these items and bonuses. The BMP was a promotion to boost the sales in the online store. and the people who took advantage of it got rewarded. It is not an expansion its a promotion just like the pre orders and asian mini pets.

Ahh it feels so good to have access to the BMP, for all those who could not get it, TOO DAMM BAD, LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!

Stop your complaining, if you did not have access then how would you buy it if they offered it on the online store now, but then you would complain that it should be in box form.

It was a promotion, 29US or 17EU to spend on anything in the online store, so stop your complaining, 4 months it was up at the log in screen, you did not want it then, but suddently you want it now, tell you what, look in a mirror and say over and over again, "I am a loser"

It was only posted every day for about 3-5 months on the login screen. If you can't take 3 seconds to read "BONUS MISSION PACK PROMOTION" then forgive me if I lack the sympathy.

However, I do believe they should offer it in the store for those who want to purchase it. I already have it so it doesn't matter to me. Its not like it will hurt any of the players who got it through the promotion. All the items from the missions are customized and even the books are customized, so no advantage there. Just a few QQ'ers that will complain about having paid for EotN online and therefor don't have a "box" (cry me a river).

Couldn't agree more. And even before the BMP, this is the attitude of the majority of the GW playerbase. Quite sad really.

I'm in that 2%. I want to play it for reasons other than some new sexy skins. And for that reason people who own the BMP, can't think of a valid reason to not give me that opportunity.

EDIT: And i'll tell you what, go back to playing runescape and tell yourself over and over "i'll enjoy this game because there are plenty of other likeminded pathetic immature kids who i can chat to".

i got the pack but alot of people in my guild didnt mainly because they couldnt use a credit/debit card or got an error when they tried to use the store (or just forogt about the event) and i think they should have a chance to obtain the pack

its idiots like you who annoy me on this game, alot of people may have had finiacial problems over the last few months or for other reasons could not qualify for the pack, the only people who i have a problem with is those that said from the start they did not want the pack and therefor did not get it only to have a moan when they found out what the pack consists of.

i pre-ordered gwen the day i could, paid in full, so i have no other options to obtain some more GW content. except to buy 3 character slots - which i dont need/want.
i have two accounts. 6 total purchases. fully unlocked. so because i am a loyal customer, way too loyal [gw is only online game i play], and wanted to support the game....i get NO access to some new content because of where i bought the game.

NCsoft owns Anet and the amount of additional on selling it as a cheap online item is less than chump change to NCsoft.

I admit, I am somewhat jealous of the skins. If I still played Guild Wars, I'd be pissed that I didn't have access to the BMP.

They got an error for 4 months? Wow, that's unfortunate. I could be wrong, but I don't believe ANET has added any new ways to pay for things in their online store, so if they couldn't purchase anything during the promotion, how are they going to purchase things now?

I don't see why that's childish. They never told us precisely what we were getting, and a lot of people didn't want to waste money. Explain how that's childish?

There is no "trust" they broke. You just want to satiated, there's a huge difference. One is an obligation to a promise or a pact, the other is pandering to what someone wants. They never promised to make this thing available to everyone. They made a reasonable choice as to where and how they could distribute it.

You're joking right? This is your reason? It has nothing to do with cultural significance. Company's do what is good for them. That includes if they can make money and if they can deliver. Guild Wars is not this fantasy "global product" you've created (yes I'm sure all the Japanese are going to know what the TPS Golem & Drakes on a Plane is about. It is, but there are those that are not QQ'ing for that reason. I didn't not buy the BMP because i thought it might be crap. But apparently it's completely fair to deny those people the right to enjoy something new as a loyal GW player.
