Fast casting mob killer (bosses too!)

Hey guys, I decided to shift my build thinking powers to mez and got this.

Name: Instant mob killer/anti attacker/caster
Category: Pvp and PvE
Proffession: ME/E

Attributes: Domination=9+1
Fasting Casting=9+3+1
Fire Magic=11
Inspiration=8

Equipment: full energy armor with a sup vigor rune (if u can get, otherwise use an attunement rune), a sup fast casting rune, a minor (or if your confident, a major) rune of domination, and two attunement runes (unless you dont use sup vigor)

you should use an insightful (or adept if using dom staff) arcane staff of mastery (fast casting. if you are unable to get one, use a dom staff) with 10 percent 1/2 casting time inscription (make sure the staff has 1/2 recharge time 20%). NOTE If you wish to, you can use the 1/2 recharge 10% (or 20% if using a dom staff).




skills (in order from left to right) :

Ether Feast
Energy tap
Fire Storm
Tenai's heat (or searing heat)
Meteor storm
Energy Surge [E]
Backfire
Empathy

The Build: This build can be used in pve to take care of huge (and small) mobs using powerful fire magic spells. This can also be used in AB to solo cap shrines which is handy when your group is also capping. Ether feast and energy tap are debatable due to their high recharge times but this can be fixed with the type of staff you use. To use this build is straight-forward: Simply go up to a mob (and to answer my friend's question YES THIS CAN KILL A LOT OF BOSSES) and cast the fire spells from right to left (you may want to format it that way, the skill list i gave you is for pvp . If needed, cast nrgy tap and ether feast for some quick energy and health which may or may not help. if any guys are left finish them with backfire and empathy. NOTE the guys may spread but this is not a problem as your fire magic spells and energy surge should finish them off, not to mention that meteor shower knocks them down making it hard for them to surive (except for boss who may still live).

VARIENTS:
-you can take fire storm or tenais heat for bed of coals for some massive degen.
- you can put channeling in for energy tap if guys are surrounding you or if you go into the group (NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!)
-if you wanted to put in channeling you could then put in physical resistance or elemental resistance for fire storm. NOTE you could put physical or elemental resistance for empathy or backfire due to the logic of not needing one hex or the other if there are no casters in the group you are fighting so you could put physical resistance in for backfire if you knew there were no casters and vice versa for ele resistance (PVE ONLY DO NOT USE FOR AB OR GVG)
-drain enchantment is not a bad idea for replacing energy tap or ether feast as drain enchantment gives you hp and energy.
-if you want you could put in arcane echo for backfire or empathy or echo [E] for energy surge so that you can use meteor shower twice.

About me and Credits: I have created a few mez builds but i mostly work on derv, war and rit builds. I have used this build in pvp and i have in pve and with it i have beaten two campaigns and i am at the last mission on proph. no offense dude, but this build is bad.
Fire Storm and Tenai's or Searing Heat will break the agro..

And I'd rather have Power Drain than Ether feast. much better power management. Cry of Frustration is better than firestorm: a pop of hp and interrupt. I have been using E-surge a lot since the buff. 96 dmg over the mob is nice.

If you want to be a fire ele, be a fire ele. The only ele skill I would consider is Glyph of lesser energy.

did u read the varients? those r recommended however fire storm and tenais dont break bcuz of ms's other effect which is knockdown (duh). this stops them from moving too far. i put fire storm in to kill the breakers. in stead of tenais heat, it is reccomended to put in bed of coals.

furthermore, cry of fustration is 15 energy which is pretty high and power drain onli works when the guy is casting this means that a war group will not give you any nrgy (which is a bad thing)

to end this reply, the point of this build is to kill mobs FAST and efficiently. ms knocks down and does a lot of dmg and bed of coals and fire storm finishes them. not to mention that energy surge should finish them off. if they dont die u use empathy and backfire.

god sum people just need to try the build first.

ALSO for all u readers who read my build i made a mistake. use an adept fire staff and mastry.
