You killed the great destroyer have no active primary quests and your page 16 is still empty?

it is defeating the great destroyer, u have to have the book in inv for it to show up

did you have the handbook in your inventory when you did "a time for heroes"? all i can reccomend is doing it again making sure you have the book with you.

If you didn't have the book with you, you should be able to get one of the NPCs you got it from, to fill in the page for you.
