What is happening is when i am turning it on its making a weird digial squeak, the screen lights up (but remains black) and then quickly goes off again. You can, eventually make it work by turning it off and on again, but it takes 20-40 times, and its gradually getting worse.
I've taken the back off and tested all the parts, theres no short circuiting and all the soldering is fine.
I have many other monitors, so its not that much of a problem, but of course if i can save it there is really no excuse in throwing it away.
If any of you have ANY ideas what the problem might be please inform me, any information at all is helpful.
