Can someone point me to any documentation regarding the PBAoE Aftercasts?

It would seem a bug to me if it wasn't on every single PBAoE skill, but since it is on every skill it should be documented clearly somewhere should it not? Preferably within the skill's description.

This page here (http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Aftercast) documents the aftercast delays of most weapons and skills.

To note, PBAoE spells have an aftercast delay of 1.75 seconds except for Flame Djinn's Haste which has one of 0.75 seconds.
