I want to buy a Chaos Axe with maxed mods
and
a tormented shield req tactics with -5 (20%) and +30 HP
or
gloom shield (same stats that upon)

... This is like 330k for shield... (If I buy 49 ectos at 4.7 each) since the gems for armbrace only cost 138k...

r9 tactics gloom sheild (inscriptable) +30hp with -2 while enchanted inscription - 80k
