Codes 007, 013, 040 - Just Me?

Edit: I think this was a temporary, local server issue that appears to have been resolved. This may be closed.

I disconnected from Guild Wars aboit 10 minutes ago and have tried to log back in with no success. I get the above error codes. I am able to get to the character selection screen and can select a character but it results in an error code and takes me back to log-in.

I'm on the European server currently. Am I alone?

Nope, me and a pal of mine got the same errors just now.

Nope, you're not alone. 040 for me, I logged out to switch characters (usually go to select screen but I hit the wrong button) and I haven't been able to get back.

I finally got in but with a nasty red ping. I'm afraid to leave the Guild Hall.
