my suggestion is, at 12 Spawning Power, you take the aspect of spirits, yourself is counted as one spirit.
yourself is counted to be a spirit, so you always have a spirit within your earshot when you are alive
for example
you dont sacrifice health when you use Spirit Light
when you use spirit transfer or Gaze from Beyond, you lose your health
if two ritualists stay together and both have 12 spawning power, they have 2 spirit within their earshot so Mend Body and Soul can remove 2 conditions
you need to invest 12 at spawning power so i believe its not overpowered,
why i suggest this idea? because
1, spirits can be kill too easily now, it makes some skills useless(eg spirit transfer)
2, make the spawning power more useful
3, it makes the game more interesting
