Wow, looks like i just rolled a perfect Illussion cane. Item stats are as follows:

Cane
Chaos dmg: 11-22(Req. 12 Illusion Magic)
Energy +5(While health is above 50%)
Improves Casting spreed (Chance: 10%)

Crap requirement but oh well. Any ideas fellas?

well drop req down 4 and you have perfect, but regardless, if I have a mesmer I would buy it.
