Price check on Asterius' Scythe

I was out randomly farming when I came across this nifty little scythe:



Now, I'm no expert dervish, so I don't know just how valuable this is (which is why I'm doing a price check here ), but my gut tells me that it's pretty good.

So, how much do you think it's worth?
