Canthan Ascension

I'm sorry if this was answered elsewhere, but does a PvE char have to get ascended in the campaign they started in, or can they do it in other campaigns? I'm considering making a Proph char (all of my chars are Facs because of the fast levelling lol) but I really don't want to have to go through all the trouble of those desert quests just to finally fight doppel (with probably a necro secondary, which I probably won't be using again afterwards) ..

...so... if my Proph char went straight to Factions after reaching LA... and did Nahpui Quarter... would she become ascended?

You can be ascended in any campaign, regardless of where you started your character, unless if they changed it recently.

YOu wont be able to change secondary profession unless you ascend in your own campaign though :/
