Hi i'm looking for GOLD REQ 9 Illusions caster weapons (no staves please)

Preferably, the stats should be

WAND:
[edit] +30hp
inscribable but if not *15en -1r* (seize the day equivalent)

OFFHAND (I need 2):
1. +30hp 15en -1r
2. 20/20

I'll also consider mods because i'm sure i probably won't get the exact wand or offhand i'm looking for. Thanks in advance, ive been looking for these for a while now!
