I have to agree that factions has some of the best hair styles and faces, though I am also leaning towards prophecies as I now have 2 of them as well (have 2 canthans and my guildee made an elonian).....

anyway, it depends. i think that the tyrian necromancers get the best hair and face styles, but levelling in tyria is a pain. cantha is probably your best bet.
