Nightmare Scythe: ~10k
Suntouched Scythe: ~10-15k (sundering is a big selling point though, and can bump it up higher)

Scythes are often pretty hard to get rid of lately, unless specifically modded. You can get a decent price often, but you may have to spam a lot.

And if you're interested in selling the Suntouched, I think a guildie of mine may take it off your hands. PM me in game (IGN Corran Bakhara) if you want
