Technicality question

OK, so this morning I helped my friend on HoS. He had finished all three arcs and was rightfully there. However, I only did the Norn arc on that character that I used to help him, and to my surprise I got Destruction's Depths when we finished HoS.

So we did DD and got to CTC. I couldn't go in with the party for A Time for Heroes, so obviously I have to go back and rightfully finish the Asura and EV Arcs.

My question is, do I have to complete DD again or can I map to CTC?

That's not what I meant. Do I have to go through and kill hordes of destroyers again in Destruction's Depths?

Can I map to CTC and speak to High Priest ___ to finish it?

Does DD show up in your Hero's Handbook? If it does, I'd imagine you won't have to do it again before doing A Time for Heroes, but don't quote me on that.
