Help with weapon mods needed

Hi im a bit of a noob i hv 2 say when it comes to moding.
I want to make a Air wand and iv been recomended to get 20/20 HCT/HSR
so what are the names of the mods i need to buy?

The best advice I can give you is to look at the collectors and crafters in Factions/Prophicies as they will have what you want.

As for mods if you making your own go to a priest of balthazar to see the names of all possible mods, your looking for a wand wrap and an inscription.

Side note for a wand I would go with +5 energy and Half Cast time myself.

i dont think you can get +5energy 1/2 cast on a wand...

You can but I believe you have to use the crafter in Factions for it, south of Kaineng center if I recall corectly.
