If you even read the thread, you will see that when you try to register by clicking "Join GuildCafe" in the top left corner, it should work. If you try to register by presing "register" under a login screen, it will try to have you enter in your birthday. From my experiecnce, this doesn't work.
They have stated before, too bad; even if you post here, they won't check here and you won't be entered in for the contest.
Try again, if it doesn't work, you're out of luck.
